Right from the first 4G redmi note to the redmi note 3 and then to the Redmi Note 5 Pro, these smartphones have been lapped up by the Indian consumers in large numbers. And the Redmi Note 6 Pro is aimed to benefit from this fact.

It is quite clear without a doubt that the Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 pro is a way better device when compared to the Honor 8C. It has better specifications, better cameras and a better overall package for the price it retails for.

What do you think?

Final Thoughts

Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 pro was one of the best budget smartphones in India till a few weeks back. It has a good build quality, huge battery life, great performance and a class leading camera. Xiaomi has fine-tuned that device and, despite being an incremental upgrade, the Redmi Note 6 Pro looks to be a very solid device which is worth recommending to anyone.

Honor 8C, on the other hand, is a decent device but a few specifications like its 720p screen are too old a technology to be offered in this day. However, with great battery life, decent build quality and a new Snapdragon chip, the device looks to be a solid performer as well.

So which smartphone is better?

Between the two, Xiaomi is an instant recommendation. However, the price difference may affect the buying decision. If the Honor 8C is priced aggressively, it might also become a Sureshot recommendation at its price.
